Chef Clément Chauvin is a specialist in bringing old time french classics into the light of modern cuisine.

Please note, We've recently updated our pricing to reflect the current market conditions and ensure we continue to provide you with the best possible service.

You have three menu options to choose from at Les Bistronomes;

​

  • A la carte - Select 4 courses (Amuse-bouche, entrée, main and dessert)  from our à la carte menu which ranges from seasonal dishes to traditional classics. $125pp

 

  • 6 Course Dégustation - Allow our Chefs to surprise you with a stunning sample of dishes from our à la carte menu menu and possible new creations. $140pp

  • 8 course degustation - High end Chefs selection menu $160pp

Group bookings of 10 people and over are subject to a 10% service charge

Please note that on Saturday lunch, we only offer dégustations - either the 6 course $140pp, OR the 5 course special which changes every week. $85pp

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our venue adults only. We thank you for you understanding.
