Chef Clément Chauvin is a specialist in bringing old time french classics into the light of modern cuisine.
You have two ways to dine at Les Bistronomes;

A la carte - Select 3 courses from our à la carte menu which ranges from seasonal dishes to traditional classics.

6 Course Dégustation - Allow our Chefs to surprise you with a stunning sample of dishes from our à la carte menu menu and possible new creations.

8 course degustation - high end chefs menu
Although we have tried to keep the our prices fair, due to increased operating costs we have made the tough decision to make a small increase in our prices from the 1st of july 2024.
The a la carte option will increase to $105pp, 6 course to $130pp, and 8 course to $160pp.
Group bookings of 10 people and over are subject to a 10% service charge

Please note that on Saturday lunch, we only offer dégustations - either the 6 course, or the 5 course special which changes every week.
To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our venue adults only. We thank you for you understanding.
