Chef Clément Chauvin is a specialist in bringing old time french classics into the light of modern cuisine.

Please note, we've recently updated our pricing and menu options to reflect the current market conditions and ensure we continue to provide you with the best possible service.

You have two menu options for dinner to choose from at Les Bistronomes;

A la carte - Select 4 courses (Amuse-bouche, entrée, main and dessert)  from our à la carte menu which ranges from seasonal dishes to traditional classics. $130pp

 

Le Grand Menu - Allow our Chefs to surprise you with a stunning sample of dishes from our à la carte menu and new creations. $150pp,  optional Cheese course $20pp

For Lunch only on weekdays (Tuesday to Friday)

2 course Weekday Lunch $85pp

Group bookings of 10 people and over are subject to a 10% service charge

Please note that on Saturday lunch, we only offer dégustations - either the 5 course special which changes every week $90pp or Le Grand Menu $150pp
